A great big THANK YOU to Mr Ravi and his crew for fixing my garden. Even though it was a small job he did not hesitate to do it. NYC city rats finally found my dirt garden in front of my house in Brooklyn. I called City Suburb after searching online for a company . Mr Ravi promptly came out and detailed exactly how he could fix the problem in an environmentally friendly and humane manner. He and his crew came back the very next day and got the job completed in one day!! He excavated the dirt, laid down galvanized steel mesh to prevent the rats from digging, fabric to prevent weeds from growing through and then crushed rocks to prevent the rats from nesting. He and his crew went above and beyond to honored my request to preserve the small hibiscus trees that belonged to my beloved/belated mother. They wrapped the roots in extra mesh!! By using this solution he ensured that water can still soak into the ground when it rains and preserve an ecosystem for other little creatures like earthworms. Thank you Mr Ravi from the bottom of my heart. I can sleep better knowing that the rats can’t get into my house, at least not through the garden !!!
Ravi at City Suburbs was great to work with, responsive and very helpful. We had to have waterproofing on the rear facade of our brownstone in Manhattan. His team were excellent. They were thorough, protected our insides when gaining access and did a quality job and quickly. I would thoroughly recommend them and we will use them again if the need arises.
